Ensure Your Items Arrive Safely and Securely
Proper packing is essential when shipping your belongings through automated networks. To help ensure a smooth and damage-free journey, please follow the guidelines below for all types of packaging — including suitcases, boxes and specialist items like sports equipment and musical instruments.

When sending boxes, please follow below guidelines:
Pack the boxes full – this avoids crushing in transit (you can use filler materials for edges or to fill to the top)
Please ensure you use double or preferably triple-ply cardboard:
Please use good quality packing tape secure the boxes and ensure you securely tape boxes on all open seams on both top and bottom:
Sending Suitcases? We recommend the below tips
Secure loose straps and handles to prevent snagging in the automated system.
Don’t lock your suitcase.
Secure pull handles with tape to avoid damage during handling.
Ensure zippers and handles can support the weight of the contents packed inside.
Sending Sports Equipment or Musical Instruments? Please follow the below guidelines
Pack in freight-approved hard cases.
Wrap items inside the case with padding to prevent movement.
Ensure no part of the item is exposed — use internal fillers like foam or bubble wrap.
Secure external straps or handles.
